This is my first Lila Monroe book and at first I didnt think I'd enjoy it. The whole waking up in Vegas not having a clue what was going on but I did. I got a little confused when it jumped back to past tense but once I figured out what was going on I really enjoyed it haha. I laughed, got a little hot under the collar ;) and really loves the characters. I'm so happy I read it.

Julia is a successful writer attending a romance convention, between signings and meetings she's out to have fun with her friends. After just going through a divorce she just wants to enjoy herself and enjoy everything that comes with writing books, until she runs into the path of a cocky, arrogant kind of an asshole man that she leant particularly like, hell little did she know would change her whole trip.

Nate is a divorce lawyer, oh the fun wiith negative expectations of love & romance. With a career that shows the ending of relationships and an ex that dumped him on the spot for another guy, who can blame him. Meeting Julia must of sent his world of its axis. They're the complete opposite he is the miserable, unromantic arsehole and she's the romance writer with a fun loving personality and a constant smile.

After waking up together with no idea what they did last night and only a doctor who and Star Wars tattoos for a clue they go off to find out what on earth they did. Did they strip naked in public? Did they commit crimes? Going from destination to destination with not a clue of who the people are we get to join them on the amusing journey of what went down.

Both Nate and Julia have been hurt in the past and its not an insta love book, they're enjoying each other's company and finding they have unexpected feelings. It's an enjoyable read, light hearted and funny.
Some parts were a little fast paced for me and yeah they jumping back and forth boggled my brain hah but we all like different things. Overall I really did love it and definitely recommend it, I'm so looking forward to jumping in to more of Lila's books.
