THE GOAL BY ELLE KENNEDY.
NATALIE'S REVIEW!
5 well deserved stars.
Okay so first let me say after reading this i shouted fuck yeah at the fact Sabrina and Dean didn't work out. Clearly she was made for Tucker, they were absolutely perfect together. Well, once they worked everything out!
The Goal is the Fourth installment in the Off-Campus series. This is by far one of my most favourite college/sports romance series. The characters and their stories are are so so easy to fall so hard in love with and i do fall. Every. Single. Time. Each time harder than the last.
I've been waiting for Tuckers story and HOLY SHIT if i knew what that sexy bearded motherfucker was hiding i would of hunted Elle down and demanded that she write him sooner. I LOVE BEARDED MEN!! Especially one with dirty mouths ;)

*~Sabrina James makes me lose my mind ~*
Compared to his friends Tucker has always been the quiet one of the Hockey boys. Well they say it's always the quiet ones don't they ;) He wanted Sabrina the first time he laid eyes on her and he didn't stop until he got her. He's a momma's boy and a an absolute sweetheart through and through, just an all round great man. He see's past Sabrina's bitchy exterior and is patient enough to wait for her to drop her guard even and inch.
*~My goal, once upon a time, was to succeed. I didn't realize that success wasn't grades or scholarships or achievements, but the people i was lucky enough to have in my life~*
Sabrina isn't the relationship kind, she just wants to study, work hard and get out of her house to better herself. She has plans, goals and none of them include the distraction of man until shes atleast 30. Until Tucker, it takes time but eventually he starts to wear her down and much to her surprise starts getting under her skin. Sabrina can seem a little harsh at times, but thats one thing i love about her. She isn't afraid to state what she wants, she isn't weak. I admired how strong and hardworking she was, although times i wanted to smack her and shout 'just give him a chance woman!!
*~You're not alone. And you're not dragging anyone down. I'm here with you, Sabrina. Every step of the way~*
One night together changes everything between them, their relationship and their whole lives. They're left to deal with it toegther.
John Tucker is so loveable and if you were to be stuck in a tough situation with anyone he'd be the guy. Not one to run away from his responsibilities he's there for Sabrina, dependable and being everything she needs. Together they're strong enough to get through anything.
"You're the best thing that's ever hapened to me, Sabrina James."
"No". She miles.
"You're the best thing that's ever happened to me."
Overall i adored this book, this whole series just keeps getting better. Elle's writing is flawless and fantastic. She can drag you into her books with just a few words. I'm here hoping we get more of this series, i'm going to be so sad when it ends. (FITZY, FITZY, FITZY) Although this wasn't my favourite i loved it none the less. The relationship and connection between these characters was perfect, i smiled throughout the whole story. Readers that love the rest of this series will definitely love this one.
