Oh fuck. My heart hurts. I can't breathe.
I knew from the minute i finished Resisting Temptation that Christopher's story would gut me and it did. So many emotions rolled into one book. So many tears, a little laughter and a whole lot of hot as fuck moments.
I can't quite put into words just how beautiful Christopher and Alissa's story is, it stole my breath and broke my heart but it was so worth it.
The last song...The last letter...Oh man!!!

KC Lynn's words are beautiful, no doubt about it. She writes the kind of storys that captivate you completely. They drag you in line by line and hold your heart hostage all the way through. You feel the pain of her characters, you experience the struggles, but you fall so hard in love you'll be a whole new person when you've finished reading.
"The good, he whispers. "The bad." He slips the stick in my panties. "And the fucking beautiful."
We first meet Christopher in Resisting Temptation and from that moment i loved him, he'd already been through so much yet he was just amazing. The love he has for his baby sister is beautiful. From the minute i met him i had to have his story, i needed him to have his happy ever after.
He's a broken but beautiful soul, a gentle giant with so much love to give and I'm so happy i got to experience his story.
"Courage comes in many forms and sometimes in order to find it, you must battle your darkest demons"
I've read many books but there is only a handful that will stay with me for a long time, those books that bury themselves deep inside your heart and in years to come you'll just stop and think about them and the affect they had on you. This is one of them. KC blew me away with this story, every line of her books are filled with a different kind of magic. The absolute beauty in her words stuns me everytime.

I adored everything about this book, it's hard to sit and put into words how a book made you feel when your emotions are still all over the place. Days later and i still find myself stopping and thinking about this story. I can say one thing though you'll laugh, you'll cry and you'll swoon so hard. It'll be a heartwrenching adventure but the beauty of it makes it so so worth it.
