Okay. So one things for certain i'll be going back and reading the rest of this series.
Overall i enjoyed this book, it was refreshing and different to see the roles switched and its the Man that wants to settle down, whilst the leading lady just wants to have fun and live her life.
Jackson lives his life on the straight and narrow, his life revolving around work and finding the 'perfect wife' Whilst Skylars life is adventure after adventure, she lives her life on the edge. Jackson thinks he's found the one in Skylar but where he wants a wife and kids, shes just not ready for that. Will they be able to put differences aside and make it work? Who knows, read and find out ;) It's a classic story of opposites attract.
I love the dynamic with these characters, its great to see them bring out sides of each other they didnt know they had. Throughout the book i found myself shouting in my head for Jackson to live a little, other times i was raging for Skylar to see what was right infront of her and grab it.
Its a quick and easy read, one you find yourself dragged into and before you know it you're 50% in and needing to know how it ends. It's a fun book to read, however at times it touches on sensible subjects and it can be emotional.
I enjoyed Jackson and Skylars story and im really looking forward to going back and catching up with the other characters.
